Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site analysis and due diligence.
Design and permit site plans, incorporating innovative design solutions.
Develop construction documents, graphic exhibits, and presentations.
Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
Maintain a commitment to excellence and quality across all projects.
The Person
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program, working towards registration as a North Carolina PLA.
0-1 years of hands-on design and permitting experience in land development.
Basic knowledge in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Adobe Creative Suites.
An aptitude for ordinance research, site layout, grading, drainage, plant material selection, and planting
