Qlik is looking for aGlobalAlliances Manager to manage ourstrategicalliances, includingDeloitte, Kyndryl and PwC.Youshould haveexperiencescalingstrategic GSI alliances specifically working with these partners, anda proven track recordover-achieving targets in an enterprise software sales company.The primary objective is to generate incremental revenuedriving awareness, demand and engagement in potential accounts.The person willbe responsible for leading Qlikefforts to deepen its executive relationships acrosspartner's business units,delivery,and solutions teams globally with the goal of driving revenue growthvia new joint offerings.This role will be the primary focal point between Qlik andthe above-mentioned partnersand report to theHead of Global System Integrators.
Thecandidatewillbe located inNorth America.Theywill be required to manage the global business plan for these relationships andcollaborate/align with the regional & country alliance teams to drive the plan.You will also beresponsible for the embedding of Qlik software in service delivery platforms and offeringsresulting in a strategic partnership building repeatable business with partners vs aligning teams in the field on a transactional basis.
Here's how you'll be making an impact:
- You are responsible for achieving incremental net new license growth for both sourced and influenced sales revenue targets withour partners globally.
- Youareresponsible for all aspects of the partnership and are the one point of contact for the partnership within Qlik. To be successful, you will manage a cross-functional network of resources throughout Qlik to provide required support.
- Work with partner practice resources toidentify, define,developand drive solution offering development that provides value to the Qlik field in key vertical and horizontal solution areas. This includes keeping existing offerings up to date and refreshed with the latestQlikinnovations.
- Work with the Qlikregional allianceteams to align partner sales motions,target key accounts, andmanage the discrete pipeline with these accounts.
- Drive contribution to Qlik sales throughout all territories
- Manage partner activities as it relates toContract Administration,Marketing, Enablement, and Go to Market Solutions.
- Manage Partner InvestmentFunds to supportsuccess at key accounts withfunds forprofessional services,support enablement activities that extend our reach through our partners and growrevenue with joint marketing events.
- Build practice capacity to provide the foundation for on-going scalable, sustained channels / partner growth year on-year.
- Youmay need totravel, up to 30%
We're looking for a teammate with:
- Experience managing alliancesglobally.
- Strong understandingofour partners; how they gotomarket and drive revenue with clients.
- 10years of recent and working knowledge of system integrators and/or management consulting firms and how they work with clients.
- Recent and working knowledge ofour partnersin North America and/or Europewith theirEcosystem,Data & AIand/or Applied Intelligencepractice.
- A professional network that includes senior contacts and relationships withinthe partnerEcosystem, Data & AI,Applied Intelligenceindustry and/orstrategicaccount teams.
- A strong will to succeed and are self- driven and results oriented.
- Natural leadership ability with sharp business development acumen, who strives for excellence.
- Ability to engage, motivate and manage partners.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audience & present the business value aspects of the Qlik proposition.
- Experience craftingjoint business models and approaches with system integrators and execute both strategic and tactical business plans.
- The abilitytoapply strong business acumen and resource management skillsin order tomeetrequirements andset the example for good work procedures.
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
- A systematic approachandare focused.
- Ability to work comfortably both independently and collaboratively.
- Advanced problem-solving skills allow you to adapt to new circumstances and learn quickly when facingnew problems and challenges.
- Ability to develop, build, secure and maintain relationships with key relationships at all levels within a client/collaborator organization.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships across an organization, and work collaboratively without direct reports.
- Demonstrable ability to influence and lead teams in cross-industry collaboration pursuits.
- Ability to juggle many competing priorities/deadlines.
- Educational should be degree level(or equivalent years of experience)

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $168,000$203,000per year. This position is eligible for a commission within a range of $72,000 $87,000subject to meeting targets set forth in a sales compensation plan.Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate's location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
